Stefano Casarecce

Say hello to our Casarecce, which literally means homemade. They basically are short twists of pasta, which appear rolled up on themselves and their form is perfect
for holding onto the sauce. And we love them for that!

Our line of pasta is made with bronze dies and a slow drying process which gives it a porous surface and better texture. The result? The sauce clings to the pasta better. A true love story!
