Stefano Mezzi Rigatoni

Mezzi rigatoni are the same as regular rigatoni, but the noodle is about half the length, hence the name. The sides are ridged, making it great for catching and holding your sauce. Every bite of mezzi rigatoni will be a full one!

Our line of pasta is made with bronze dies and a slow drying process which gives it a porous surface and better texture. The result? The sauce clings to the pasta better. A true love story!
