Apple Vinaigrette

  • 3 honeycrisp apples, peeled, cored, and roughly chopped
  • 250 ml canola oil
  • 150 ml Chuck Hughes Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 150 ml Chuck Hughes Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp salt


  1. Combine everything into a blender and blend until smooth
