Apple Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS
- 3 honeycrisp apples, peeled, cored, and roughly chopped
- 250 ml canola oil
- 150 ml Chuck Hughes Apple Cider Vinegar
- 150 ml Chuck Hughes Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine everything into a blender and blend until smooth
